Texas Tow Act HB 2094
Texas
has passed a bill known as The Texas
Towing Act or House Bill 2094.
The Governor has signed it and it
includes critical changes that will
impact
ALL Texas Towing Companies.
One
of the key provisions requires that
Incident Management Towing Operators
& Private Property Towing Operators
must be certified
by The Towing & Recovery Association
of America (TRAA).

Subject: I've had time to play with the 9055 this past
week
I wanted to send a few shots out of the 9055 out earning its
keep. the shot with the flatbed trailer has a 25,000
lbs. farm tractor still chained down to trailer and
was up righted and caught loaded.
